Parachute Jump rehabilitation, 2002 - 2003. Sand blasting enclosures.

In 2002 the Parachute Jump was disassembled for a thorough structural rehabilitation and repainting. Sections of the Jump were placed in the parking lot of Keyspan Park for sand blasting and painting. This photograph shows the two large containment structures erected around portions of the jump. The light towers of Keyspan Park can be seen in the background.
